All sales are conducted under, and are subject to, English law. This summary of general terms and conditions applies specifically to online sales of standard items conducted through our web shop. Shipping & Delivery

Standard items will be despatched to a lead time of 7 days wherever possible. We cannot absolutely guarantee delivery times since they are beyond our control. Tracking numbers and expected arrival times will be provided to purchasers upon despatch. All sales are subject to UK export licensing laws. While we will make every effort to prevent delays caused by this, we cannot guarantee that delays in delivery will not occur and can accept no responsibility for any such delays.

Privacy & Security

We strongly recommend that you use the most recent stable release of your chosen web browser when completing any financial process online, and that your operating system has had all its available security updates applied. Our sales website will collect personal information about you and your company for the purpose of completing your order. However, we do NOT store any financial information such as credit card numbers, CVC number etc, from our customers. This personal information may later be used for market research and other sales analysis purposes. This information will not be disclosed to any third parties. With your consent, we may contact you periodically using our emailed newsletter to inform you of promotions, offers and developments within the company. This is optional and all unsubscription requests will be honoured in good time. Our website uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect sensitive information used during ordering. Some older browsers may not support this level of encryption.

Returns & Replacements

All products are guaranteed for 24 months from date of sale against manufacturing defects. If any products supplied by Q-par Angus are found to have such defects, please call us immediately to arrange collection and return to ourselves. Q-par Angus will bear the costs incurred by return and re-delivery of faulty items. At our discretion, we will repair, replace or refund defective items at our own expense. In compliance with the Consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, standard items may be returned unused and undamaged in their original packaging up to 7 days from date of receipt of goods. The customer shall bear responsibility for the safe keeping and safe delivery of the goods and shall bear all delivery costs incurred in delivering items back to Q-par Angus. Please telephone or email us to advise us of any returns so that collection or transport may be arranged. If goods are to be returned after 7 days but before 30 days, the purchaser will bear the same responsibilities for safekeeping and delivery, and will also incur an administration fee of 10% of the purchase price which will be deducted from any refund. Refunds will not be processed after 30 days from receipt of goods.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled by advising us by telephone or email as soon as possible after it becomes known that the order is not required. If goods have already been despatched, they may be returned under our returns and refunds policy.
